For salons and spas on WooCommerce

Your salon's bookings, front desk and chairs, on your own site.

LogicWeft Salon turns WooCommerce into a salon system: clients book online, the front desk runs the day from a tablet, stylists see their day on a phone, and the owner closes the day with numbers that match WooCommerce. No per-booking fees.

In the demo, book at Luma Hair & Spa, then open the staff app as demo-owner, demo-receptionist or demo-stylist (the password is the username). No payment is taken, no email is sent, and it resets every night.

Online booking

Booked in three taps, on any phone

Clients pick their services, a stylist or "Anyone", and a time. The slots come from your real calendar: hours, breaks, leave, buffers and the bookings already made, so nobody is ever double-booked.

  • A basket of services. A cut and a blow-dry are booked back to back, with the total time and price shown as they go.
  • Stylist or "Anyone". "Anyone" takes the first free stylist for the time the client picks.
  • Guests welcome. No account needed. Clients with an account see their appointments under My Account and can reschedule or cancel inside your policy window.
  • Pay online or at the salon. Full prepayment through your WooCommerce checkout, or pay at the salon, with your cancellation policy shown before they book.
  • Calendar links. The confirmation offers an .ics file and an "Add to Google Calendar" link.

Add it to any page with a block, a shortcode or an Elementor widget. It takes on your theme's fonts and fits its container.

The booking widget, step 2 of 3: the client picks Anyone or a stylist, a day in the week strip and a time from the slot grid.

The Operator App

Five screens that run the salon day

One app for the owner, the front desk and every stylist, on the tablets and phones you already have. Each person sees only the screens their role needs, changes reach every device within seconds, and it installs to the home screen like a native app.

1 · Front desk

Today board

Every appointment of the day as a card moving through Confirmed, Arrived, In chair and Finished. One tap marks a client arrived, starts the service, finishes it or takes payment.

  • Sales so far, appointments done, chairs in use and what needs attention, at the top.
  • A chime when a new online booking lands.
  • Late arrivals and unpaid tickets are counted under Needs attention.

2 · Front desk and owner

Calendar by stylist

A day or week view with one column per stylist. Drag a booking to move it, tap free time to add a phone booking or a walk-in, and see breaks and leave at a glance.

  • Moves are checked against hours, breaks and other bookings before they are saved.
  • Online slots update straight away.

3 · Front desk

Walk-in queue

Add a walk-in with a name, a phone number, a service and a preferred stylist, and tell them how long the wait is. Walk-ins and online bookings share the same stylist timeline, so neither double-books.

  • The wait estimate comes from the real timeline, not a guess.
  • "Seat now" books the walk-in into the free chair, and sends a "chair ready" email when the client has an email address on file.
  • A QR code at the door lets clients join the queue from their phone and check their place and estimated wait.

4 · Stylists

Stylist My day

Each stylist sees their own day on their phone: the client in the chair with a timer, who is next, and the rest of the day. Start and Finish are one tap each.

  • An allergy banner and the last notes before the client sits down.
  • Add a retail product to the ticket from the chair.
  • Stylists see their own day, not everyone else's.

5 · Front desk

Client cards

Every visit with services, stylist and price, notes, formula notes and the preferred stylist, found by phone number, name or email. Stylists see the allergies and latest notes on My day before the client sits down.

  • Allergies and contraindications, with a red banner on the card and on My day.
  • Staff-only notes kept apart from notes the client can see.

And when the last client leaves

Checkout and day close that match WooCommerce

Appointments are real WooCommerce orders, so retail goes in the same cart as a haircut and every payment lands in one ledger.

Simple checkout

Mark a ticket paid by cash, card or UPI (your own labels), then print the receipt or email the WooCommerce invoice.

Day close

Sales, payments by method and open tickets, checked before the day is locked. The summary is emailed to the site's admin address.

Run late and pause

Push a stylist's day back by a few minutes, pause online booking, or take a service or stylist off until a date.

Booking emails

Confirmation, reminders, reschedule and cancellation emails sent through WooCommerce, in your store's style.

Up and running in an afternoon

Questions

Do you take a fee per booking?

No. LogicWeft Salon runs on your own WooCommerce site. Payments go through your own gateway, straight to you, with no per-booking or monthly fee.

Do I need WooCommerce?

Yes. Services are WooCommerce products and appointments are WooCommerce orders, so checkout, payments, taxes, coupons and emails stay WooCommerce's.

Can clients book without an account?

Yes. Clients can book as guests with a phone number. Clients with an account also see their appointments under My Account.

Does it send SMS or WhatsApp messages?

Not in the free plugin, which sends WooCommerce emails for bookings, reminders, reschedules and cancellations. SMS and WhatsApp are planned for Pro.

Does it work with my theme?

Yes. The booking widget takes on your theme's fonts and fits its container. The Operator App has its own full-screen page, so your theme never gets in its way.

What hardware do I need?

Any recent tablet or phone with a browser. A tablet at the front desk for the Today board and each stylist's own phone for My day is the usual set-up.

What does it need to run?

WordPress 6.6 or later, WooCommerce 9.5 or later and PHP 8.1 or later.

Can I try it before installing?

Yes. The live demo is a salon called Luma Hair & Spa with six stylists and two weeks of appointments. Book as a client on its booking page, then open the staff app as demo-owner (Today board, calendar, clients and day close), demo-receptionist (front desk) or demo-stylist (My day). The password is the username. No payment is taken, no email is sent, and everything resets every night.

Where do I get it?

The free plugin is on the WordPress.org Plugin Directory. Install it from your WordPress admin: go to Plugins → Add New Plugin and search for LogicWeft Salon.
