These terms cover your use of this website and the free LogicWeft Salon plugin. By using either, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

LogicWeft Salon is made by Logicweft ("we", "us"), based in Andhra Pradesh, India. Contact: [email protected].

The free plugin

LogicWeft Salon is free software, licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. The GPL gives you the right to use, study, change and share the code on its terms; nothing in these terms limits those rights.

LogicWeft Salon Pro

LogicWeft Salon Pro is a planned add-on and is not on sale. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell it. When it goes on sale, its own terms will apply, and we will update this page.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your website, including its hosting, backups, security, and the WordPress, WooCommerce and other plugins it runs.
• You are responsible for your salon's prices, service descriptions, cancellation policy, taxes, invoices and the payment gateways you choose.
• You are responsible for your clients' personal data, including health and allergy notes, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, such as consumer, tax and data protection laws.
• You must not use LogicWeft Salon or this website for anything unlawful.

Demo website

The LogicWeft Salon demo at salon-demo.logicweft.com is for trying LogicWeft Salon. Appointments booked there are not real. Please don't enter real personal or payment details; the demo is reset regularly and anything you enter may be visible to other visitors until then.

No warranty

LogicWeft Salon is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as stated in the GPL. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors, work without interruption, or suit every salon. Always test changes on a staging site and keep backups.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed appointments, lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of LogicWeft Salon or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Trademarks

WordPress is a trademark of the WordPress Foundation and WooCommerce is a trademark of Automattic Inc.; LogicWeft Salon is not affiliated with or endorsed by either.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
