Docs Set up

Settings

Every tab of LogicWeft Salon → Settings and what's on it, with the defaults, plus Appearance and moving settings between sites.

Everything LogicWeft Salon does has a setting with a sensible default, so you only change what your salon does differently. Settings are under LogicWeft Salon → Settings, in tabs. Each tab has its own Save button.

General

Your salon's details and hours:

  • Salon: name, address, time zone (empty uses the site's) and tax class.
  • Business hours: for each day, opening and closing times, with a second range if you close for lunch. An empty day is closed.
  • Closures: dates the salon is shut, with a reason (a refit, a holiday week).
  • Public holidays: a date and name, and whether it comes back every year.

Date and time formats come from WordPress (Settings → General) and currency from WooCommerce.

Booking

Slot interval, lead time, booking horizon, default service length and buffers, the "Anyone" rule, your booking policy, and the My Account tab. See Booking rules for what each one does.

Payments

Full prepayment, pay at the salon, gateways for bookings, the cancellation window, late cancellation and no-show wording, and the counter payment methods. See Payments and cancellations.

You can also add a logo (top of the booking widget), a cover photo, the Operator App icon and a booking link preview image.

The bundled fonts (Manrope and Inter) ship with the plugin; nothing is loaded from Google or anywhere else.

Advanced

  • Export settings: download all settings as a JSON file, to copy them to another site.
  • Import settings: paste a settings file.
  • Reset settings: back to the defaults (tick the confirmation first).
  • Remove data on uninstall (off by default): when on, deleting the plugin also deletes appointments, clients and staff data. Settings are always removed when the plugin is deleted.
